During the Rental Assistance Payment Wizard, a payment to a $0 check will be accepted. Case: TM-4818 (IR-111569)
Corrected an issue during initialization where an error was being displayed for extended vouchers. This process will now exclude these vouchers and errors will no longer be displayed. Case: TM-4849 (IR-103555)
During S8 Check Processing, the HAP/URP Total Amounts have been added to the Pre-Check Report. Case: TM-4927 (IR-109557)

Added a validation for Tenant Rent can't exceed Rent to Owner on the Custom Rent Calualtion for Massachusetts MRVP Project-Based. Case: TM-4835 (IR-109560)
Changes have been made to the Massachussets MRVP - Mobile With Voucher Value custom rent calculation concerning the 5% deduction for the elderly/disabled to include members that are head, spouse, or co-head. Case: TM-4864 (IR-109558)
For MTW Tenant-Based, MTW Project-Based, MTW Homeownership, and MTW Public Housing certifications, certain agencies are using panels 8 (expenses) and 9 (TTP) to determine the tenant's rent calcuation. These agencies also reference additional fields from the regular 50058, panel 12, to check their calculations in panel 21 (for MTW Tenant/Project-Based). Panels 8 and 9 are now visible, as well as the fields needed from Panel 12. Case: TM-4936
Added a project policy setting to change the medical deduction threshold percentage (field 8f) for MTW agencies that use panel 8 of the certification screen to calculate the MTW adjusted income. Case: TM-4863
